Ghana midfielder Alfred Duncan pops up on the transfer radar of Inter Milan again
According to Italian newspaper TuttoSport, Inter Milan have reignited their interest in re-signing Ghana midfielder Alfred Duncan from ACF Fiorentina.
Duncan, who played for the youth academy for Inter and was gained a promotion to the senior team in 2012 left the club after spending five seasons due to lack of playing time.
The dynamic midfielder was loaned out to AS Livorno before he was sold to fellow Serie A club Sampdoria in 2015 during his stay at Inter.
Duncan has now established himself in the Serie A and now regarded as one of the highly-rated central midfielders following his exploits at Sampdoria, US Sassuolo and ACF Fiorentina.
He has made five-game outings for ACF Fiorentina in the ongoing season and provided an assist in the process.
Duncan joined ACF Fiorentina on a four-year deal from US Sassuolo during the last January transfer window.
His contract with Fiorentina will be expiring in summer 2024.
Duncan’s current market value is around €12 million.
