Central Regional House of Chiefs Prez, Sanaahene honoured
Odeefuo Amoakwa Buadu VIII, Omanhene of Breman Traditional Area who is also the President of the Central Regional House of Chiefs and his Sanaahene, Nana Okofo Nyarkoh Abaim II have both been honoured by Ghana’s first center dedicated to the building of emotional intelligence, Addison International in collaboration with VillageLife Royals, a non-governmental organisation based in Breman Asikuma in the central region.
Odeefuo Amoakwa Buadu VIII was presented with a citation and a certificate in emotional intelligence.
Presenting the award, the lead consultant of Addison International Mr. James Kwesi Addison, said Odeefuo has presented to the people of Ghana, the Central Region and Breman Asikuma an exemplary leadership both in the corporate and traditional settings.
Mr James Kwesi Addison accompanied by one of his international partners Dr. Elizeabeth Atta Ogoe Nhyira from the United States of America supported by the VillageLife Royals also presented copies of the Nation’s first book dedicated to optimising children’s emotions, titled ‘My Child My Future.’
Speaking after the awards presentation, Odeefuo thanked Addison International and VillageLife Royals for the honour done him and his elders. He dedicated the awards to his elders and lauded Addison International’s respect for traditional rulers and our cultural values.
In another special ceremony, the Saanahene of Breman Traditional Area, Okofo Nyarkoh Abaim II was also honoured and presented with copies of ‘My Child My Future’. Nana, received a citation for his humanitarian initiatives and contributions to the security and peaceful environment enjoyed by the good people of Breman Traditional Area.
Nana Okofo Nyarkoh Abaim II was very excited and appreciative of the recognition given him and pledged his support for the collaboration between Addison International and the VillageLife Royals.
The wife of Nana Okofo Nyarkoh Abaim II, Oheneyere Evelyn Nana Esi Nyarkoh was very grateful to the two organisations for such recognition to his husband.
In closing remarks the founder of the VillageLife Royals Mr. Godfred Ampomah reiterated his organization’s commitment to the development of the youth in the Breman Asikuma Traditional Area.
