I’ll collaborate with you to bring development to Dagbon – N/R Minister to Ya-Na

The Northern Regional minister, Alhaji Shani Alhassan Shaibu has assured the Overlord of Dagbon, Ya-Na Abukari II of his full collaboration to bring massive development to Dagbon.

“Your Royal Highness, I’m on duty now and it is in my interest to work with you to achieve the goals that we would have set for ourselves to develop the area for which you are the Overlord. I’m most grateful for all your corporations.”

According to him, the Ya-Na since assuming his kingship has sustained relative peace in the kingdom and he’s of the firm believe this will lure investors to develop the area.

The minister revealed this when he paid a courtesy call on the Ya-Na following his assumption of office as the new Northern Regional Minister.

Mr. Shani bakery as affectionately called added that as someone from the Royal family who understands tradition, he will do his utmost best to uphold the image of the Kingdom of Dagbon is upheld.

“It is for this reason that I will work hand in hand with the subjects and the Chiefs of Dagbon to make Dagbon even greater than it is today,” he echoed.

Addressing the new Northern Regional Minister, the Ya-Na expressed optimism in Mr. Shani steering the affairs of the region.

He wished him well whiles advising him to exercise extreme patience to be able steer the affairs of the region.

“Do not heed to insults that may be targeted at you as a leader of the region for many are those who may not like you for no reason, just stay focused and exercise patience in your affairs,” the Ya-Na advised.
